Educational exercise · not a diagnosis

How present is anxiety in your life?

Check the statements that feel familiar. This is a personal reflection exercise: nothing is saved and nothing is submitted. The result stays only on your screen and does not replace an assessment with a specialist.

What does this mean?

This exercise does not give a diagnosis. Anxiety is assessed properly only together with a specialist. If you recognize yourself in many of the statements and it affects your daily life, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is one of the most effective forms of support.

If you have thoughts of harming yourself or are in immediate danger, seek urgent support and call 112.
