Online psychotherapy means therapy sessions by video, with the same structure and confidentiality as in an office. I work exclusively in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach, for anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and other difficulties. I am a clinical psychologist and CBT psychotherapist, with over 13 years of practice and more than 10,000 sessions.
